Technical Mobile Lead (iOS/Android)

Currently we are looking for a Technical Mobile Lead (iOs/Android) for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.

It is a key position in a fast-growing program with dedicated innovation stream, strong Agile process, collaborative onsite environment with customer product managers and architects. It is opportunity to lead mobile development of the most popular live TV streaming applications in more than 10 European and Latin American countries with a single code base. This role is on the edge of product development, advanced engineering practices, complex but efficient delivery process.


  • Communicate with the customer and team;
  • Manage teams’ commitments;
  • Help resolve impediments;
  • Conduct technical investigations on iOS (mostly)/Android;
  • Evaluate technical solutions form architects.


  • Practical experience with 10+ projects in mobile application development (iOS/Android);
  • Good knowledge of architectural theory out of primary technology domain context bounds;
  • 7+ years’ hands-on experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android);
  • 3+ years' industry experience in 5+ projects in TL and/or PM roles with constant hands-on work;
  • Strong experience with full life cycle of Agile software development processes, approaches and methods (Scrum, XP, etc.);
  • Track of record of working directly with the customer (i.e. regularly facing the customer);
  • Technology and business mobile application development (iOS/Android).

Nice to have

  • 1+ mentored LVL4/VLV in the corresponding discipline;
  • Good understanding of (or experience with) a full lifecycle of software development processes like RUP or “Waterfall” or MSF.
