EPAM is looking to add an experienced HR Program/Operations Manager to help drive and support various projects and initiatives across the organization. Reporting to Americas’ People Leadership, this is a key position that will help us influence business strategy and identify areas for improvement on current program effectiveness related to retention, employee development and talent management on a global scale.
What You’ll Do
Provide operations/program support for North America and Global People leadership;
Build and manage appropriate infrastructure for program management of key initiatives;
Manage team call schedules and agendas;
Trouble shoot and develop long-term solutions for challenges that arise;
Identify and recommend broad-based people solutions based on best practices being implemented regionally.
What You Have
Bachelor’s Degree; 5-7+ years of progressive human resources (or related) experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, including prior experience in an HR Programs and HR Operations role, ideally in a technology company;
Global organizational experience strongly preferred;
Broad experience with human resources practices and disciplines with a focus on developing, leading, and/or managing programs and operations;
Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize, work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and deliver on commitments;
Demonstrated experience in leading through influence vs. direct management as well as leveraging extended teams (Centers of Expertise);
Previous experience developing and maintaining relationships virtually;
Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
Take initiative and able to work independently;
Passionate and energetic;
Has a positive mind-set and ‘can-do’ attitude;
Reliable and responsive. Client-centered, focused on solutions;
