Pega Consultant (with CSSA or CLSA)

Currently we are looking for a Pega Consultant (with CSSA or CLSA) for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.


  • Provide thought-leadership to our client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements;
  • Drive business and technical architecture to ensure that delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements;
  • Commit to customer success (realization of business benefit);
  • Work in conjunction with program manager to size, manage scope and risk;
  • Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC solutions and frameworks;
  • Provide Pega architecture and designing governance to project teams developing BPM/CRM/RPA solutions;
  • Participate in EPAM intelligent automation practice activities cross the globe.


  • Pega CSSA or CLSA certification;
  • 2-3 years with Pega PRPC 6.2 - 7.2 experience is required;
  • Experience in web technologies including Servlets, JSP, and XML. Hands on experience in developing web applications;
  • Experience in client-side technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS;
  • Fundamentals in Core Java & object-oriented concepts;
  • Good skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 or Sybase. Should be proficient in SQL commands;
  • Knowledge of web services, JMS, middleware tools (like web methods, Vitria), web frameworks (like Struts, Spring), design patterns (like MVC I, MVC II etc.);
  • Experience working with any of the Servlet containers or enterprise containers like Jakarta tomcat, BEA WebLogic, IBM web sphere or JBoss;
  • Expertise in and good understanding of relational database management systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational;
  • Familiar with Agile methodology, scaled Agile framework and Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches.
