Currently we are looking for a Project Manager for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.
You will be working in the records and documents management IT team that is managing the memory of our client: maintaining 40+ archives around the globe also responsible for the scanning and capturing solutions of the bank.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility;
Ensure resource availability and allocation;
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
Report and escalate to management as needed;
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
5-10 years of IT PM experience, i.e. delivery of IT projects;
Practical experience with Agile, Scrum and Jira;
Background in the financial industry, i.e. understanding of client data, products and transactions;
Solid technical background with understanding of and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
Experience in process engineering, how to define and build a "business and usual" service within banking operational service, familiar with legal hold and preservation process;
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills;
PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
