English Teacher/Administrator

Currently, we are looking for an English Teacher/Administrator for our Kharkiv office to make the team even stronger.


  • Delivering high-quality and domain-oriented teaching (12 teaching hours per week);
  • Designing training materials (syllabi, lesson-to-lesson instruction materials, including selection of video and audio resources);
  • Working alongside other teachers on departmental projects, including online training for students from other offices;
  • Conducting English testing (Speaking and Writing), following the standard EPAM assessment procedure and using shared materials;
  • Running one-time classes like Conversation clubs (Grammar lab, Video class, etc. – the teacher is welcome to share his/her ideas);
  • Occasional help with translation for the HR Department;
  • Announcing registration and forming groups for English courses and English activities;
  • Keeping a waiting list;
  • Scheduling classes, considering the agreed-on teacher workload and course requests;
  • Updating English course/activity timetables;
  • Assisting with language-assessment scheduling at DP during mass assessment;
  • Booking rooms for English testing/assessment.


  • Experience in teaching groups of adult learners;
  • Experience in teaching Business English;
  • Readiness to teach developed courses, using provided lesson plans (Customer Interview, Listening Skills, Writing Skills, Presentations, Idioms, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Outlook – confident user);
  • CPE/IELTS/TOEFL, ESL Diploma (CELTA) will be a plus;
  • Experience in teaching online will also be a plus.
