Guide callers to the right person or department;
Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
Maintaining security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges;
Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
Maintaining and scheduling conference room;
Serving coffee or tea to guests;
Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages.
Excellent spoken and written English;
Strong PC user (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet) and office equipment user;
Good communication skills.
