Our customer is a primary ticket outlet and distribution company based in Seattle, with operations in many countries around the world. Company has a clear technology strategy to drive the timely delivery of value to its fans and clients through leveraging public cloud (AWS), deployment pipelines/CI/CD and developing using the latest technologies.
Direct the project planning process, track the project progress against project plan, hold regular status meetings, report project status;
Assign the necessary and appropriate resources to the project;
Schedule, allocate to the project team members, organize, coordinate and control the project activities; take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables of their respective team;
Coach, mentor and support less experienced PMs and help them resolve complex problems; ensure all members of the project team understand the methods and procedures used, able to enforce trainings and coaching;
Maintain project documentation;
Perform risk management to discover and address potential problems before they occur;
Perform scope control and change management;
Maintain up-to-date resource plan in all phases of a project;
Define project quality objectives, control project effort;
Identify problems arising in the project life cycle, develop solutions and perform specific management actions;
Organize and maintain effective communication both internal within project team and external with project stakeholders and Customer.
Experience in project management;
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies;
Ability to build processes in the new project team from the ground zero;
Strong experience in people management;
Strong leadership skills;
Being a quick learner;
Ability to travel frequently;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
At least Upper-intermediate English level, both written and spoken.
