Define retention strategy for the unit you work with;
Identify and solve risk that results in employees’ retention and motivation;
Support core HR processes (onboarding, evaluation, education and development, exit);
Design and bring in new HR practices, in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that will bring the unit to better results;
Advise EPAM managers on people-related issues;
Help to identify issues on projects and implement changes;
Support the company internal HR brand and internal communications within a unit, be the corporate culture provider;
Communicate with the managerial team and all unit employees to ensure healthy atmosphere on the regular basis;
Collaborate with distributed HR Team, take part in HR projects on a corporate level;
Propose and take new responsibilities, we will be ready to help and provide conditions needed to achieve business result.
Reliable practical experience in design of various HR processes, their further development and efficient implementation into the company life;
Understanding of core HR processes and their business value;
Ability to focus on business needs and define necessary approaches and strategies;
Ability to establish and strengthen positive work culture;
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
Excellent presentation skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level is a must;
Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data;
Confident in using standard Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and curious to learn new tools;
Goal-oriented team player, who shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance.
