Currently we are looking for a Business Operation Specialist for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.


  • Work closely with account managers, account directors and senior management to support operational activities within a global business unit;
  • Review and improve existing business processes as part of the operations team;
  • Organize account status meetings and quarterly business reviews;
  • Manage deal approval process for new and existing contracts/deals within the business unit;
  • Review and analyze contracts and understand the content;
  • Understand and interpret P&L reports and key financial indicators;
  • Identify and report impacting risks to account and project P&L’s;
  • Ensures that financial forecasts in CRM are accurate and up to date;
  • Support business development and sales team on pipeline management and opportunity qualification for new clients.


  • Good understanding of business and sales operations processes;
  • Financial and analytical thinking;
  • Understanding of IT deals/projects and how they are constructed;
  • Experience in contract management and sales operations;
  • Able to communicate effectively with the senior executives;
  • Experience in CRM systems;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Multinational background in an advantage;
  • IT experience is preferred.
