We are looking for an experienced mid+ level Project Manager to take accountability and ownership of several products with a big team of dedicated engineers and several projects running simultaneously. You will get an opportunity to drive and manage projects in a complex multi-stakeholder and multi-dependency environment on the large enterprise platform, on top of which the world-class legal solutions are built.

Business case budget; forecast and manage overall organizational budget;
Initiate and plan a project, populate backlog;
Manage project scope, schedule and release roadmap;
Resolve project-wide risks, issues, and dependencies;
Report and track project metrics;
Release a product and close a project;
Coach, mentor and support less experienced PMs/Delivery Leads and help them resolve complex issues;
Continuously improve project management tools and techniques in order to organize, manage and optimize multiple project teams.
3+ years of the IT project management experience on all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing;
Solid understanding of the project management best practices including different methodologies and tools;
Practical and pragmatic knowledge of SDLCs; ability to transform project processes to the Agile;
Great leadership skills: ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations/domains and implement enterprise-wide and custom solutions. Direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members;
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build strong win-win relationship with a client;
Excellent people management, communication, negotiation skills; ability to engage, coach and inspire people;
Great problem solving skills;
Good command of English: Upper-Intermediate and higher;
Technical background is a plus: ability to be engaged into technology discussions with a client and stakeholders;
PMP Certification is a plus.
