Currently we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist for our Gdansk office to make the team even stronger.
Manage HR documentation from hire to rehire processes, preparation of contracts, annexes, documents related to internal and external moves;
Administrate EPAM and client’s systems based on the defined processes;
Be responsible for onboarding of new employees, including client onboarding;
Be key contact person for employee’s queries related to legal law regulations;
Provide regular reports based on the business needs;
Be an expert in legal law providing advisory to the business on the changes.
Minimum three years of experience in HR department driving HR administration activities;
Experience in multicultural environment will be an asset;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Proactive approach and positive attitude and teamwork;
HR, administration or similar faculty university graduate.
Possibility to be involved in an international project (Canada, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, USA, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, United Kingdom, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Hungary, etc.);
