  • Monitor and manage the delivery of Production Applications;
  • Manage and own problem diagnosis, escalation and restoration of service;
  • Own Incident Coordination and Incident Communication for Application outages;
  • Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support for systems, applications and customers;
  • Facilitate communication between shift personnel and internal users;
  • Be responsible for configuration of IIS web sites and application pools management;
  • Backup and recover.


  • 3+ years’ experience in an Application/Cloud Support role or similar;
  • Linux and Windows Administration;
  • Experience troubleshooting applications;
  • Experience troubleshooting platforms/cloud (Azure);
  • Micro services support (all .NET based, C#);
  • Customer and service-focused, with determination to meet their needs;
  • Experience monitoring using AppDynamics and Azure Resource Monitor;
  • Batch jobs monitoring and support;
  • Sitecore CMS support and troubleshooting (Sitecore, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Solar, ASP.NET integrations, IIS);
  • CI\CD – TeamCity (optional);
  • Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules;
  • Ability to act rapidly and logically under pressure, and make effective coordination of teams resolving problems.
