Currently we are looking for a Project manager for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.
Manage a project to enhance the methodology and processes around protection of client and personal data for XaaS Solutions (all externally hosted types of cloud solutions) and for unstructured data capturing solutions like data repositories or monitoring solutions (S3K – software components of the third type);
Be involved into:
Reviewing all standard non-functional requirements (Mer) and evaluating/suggesting modifications, developing together with the respective topic owner, architects and other influencing bodies new fit for purpose Mer for cloud- based solutions;
Specifying triggering questions required to trigger the applicable Mer;
Specifying evidencing methods/criteria for Mer fulfillment;
Sounding of new proposed Mer through relevant senior approval bodies and stakeholders;
Specification and implementation of tool changes required;
Providing supporting documentation for software developers and business users;
Setting up migration plan for all existing (>1000) temporary registered solutions into the strategic inventory;
Project management of the migration of the solutions (owned by business or IT) into the strategic inventory.
Experience in IT application development (the early phases: stakeholder negotiations, scoping, requirements analysis and solution design);
Knowledge of security requirements (mainly data protection) and related IT technologies;
Knowledge of cloud solutions (from pure externally hosted web pages to full cloud services solution (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS);
Familiar with non-functional requirements for applications and infrastructure/security solutions;
Experience in communication and negotiation with senior IT management and architects as well as being able to liaise with IT and business;
Broad experience with dealing with non-functional requirements addressed to IT applications (security: data protection/access management/authentication, records management and archiving, business continuity management, etc.);
Experience in data protection requirements and regulations;
Preferably knowledge of tools like ISAC, ECMS, BBS, SERA/CDC-I/FCRA and related processes or similar configurations management data bases (according to ITIL terminology);
Knowledge of SDLC process, PPM process and tool or at least PMI or equivalent education/certification;
Preferably experience in self-managed and deliver to target while integrating the various stakeholders required for the work product;
German communication skills would be beneficial.
