DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an IT Behavioral Change Manager for our Atyrau office to make the team even stronger.

We welcome an IT Behavioral Change Manager to one of our challenging projects. The project makes use of cutting edge technologies based on international standards. The ideal candidate is expected to work onsite for one of the key EPAM’s customer from oil and gas industry.

Working schedule:
The following options are available for the position:
1) full onsite in Atyrau (Kazakhstan) (or)
2) 3 weeks onsite, 1 week offsite (or)
3) 4 weeks onsite, 1 week offsite (or)
4) 6 weeks onsite, 2 weeks offsite

Responsibilities

  • Help projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule objectives;
  • Create and implement change management plans that minimize stakeholders’ resistance and maximize stakeholders’ engagement;
  • Be responsible for developing overall communications plans, newsletters, fact sheets, training plans, training materials and delivering training to stakeholders and end users;
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the People Side change caused by projects and change efforts;
  • Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change;
  • Identify potential People Side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns;
  • Develop stakeholders’ benefits and analysis with business analysts;
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner;
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plan, roadmap, and training plan;
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan;
  • Work with communication, training, and specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation;
  • Develop newsletters, project fact sheets, and key project communication documentation;
  • Develop a detailed training approach, training plans, stakeholders’ plans;
  • Set up training classrooms, training notices and conduct training.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of how people go through a change and change processes;
  • Experience in and knowledge of change management principles;
  • Familiar with Information Technology projects and general project management;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Exceptional training delivery skills as an Instructor;
  • Training room setup expertise;
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills;
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities;
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or a goal;
  • Working experience with large-scale organizational change effort and stakeholders;
  • Change management professional designation is a plus;
  • Previous change management experience is a requirement (5+ years of experience);
  • B.A. or B.S. degree is required (4 years).
