Responsibilities

  • Capture both high-level and detailed requirements from all stakeholders;
  • Produce BRD, vision & scope, user stories, FRD, user guides & presentations for users, technical manuals;
  • Explain requirements to the team and make sure all requirements are understood accurately;
  • Accept delivered features together with stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in Trading/Capital Markets area;
    • Experience working with multi-asset trading OMS and EMS platforms;
    • Experience in developing BRD, vision & scope, user stories, FRD, user guides & presentations for users, technical manuals;
    • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology for SDLC;
    • Experience in working with Jira and Confluence tools.
  • Professional skills:
    • Solid background in securities instruments, FX and derivatives;
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-Tasking abilities;
    • Document requirements in a well-structured and clear way;
    • Able to clear explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them;
    • Handle questions from developers and testers, clarifying them with Business, Product Owner and Product Managers;
    • Provide feedback to the team on the delivered product in the prospective of how it meets/does not meet the requirements.
  • Soft skills:
    • Accurate;
    • Self-organized, self-managing, take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project;
    • Able to manage own time according to the priorities;
    • Work without supervision and check his/her own work thoroughly.
  • Additional skills a plus:
    • CRIMS , Flextrade, FIX protocol, OneTick.
