Operational Manager

Responsibilities

  • Joining Lviv leadership team to enable revenue grows through satisfying staffing needs (for starting projects for new clients as well as growing an existing business);
  • Working with global EPAM business leaders (BU heads, Account managers, onsite Delivery Manager) and Lviv management team (Engineering managers, Delivery Managers) to validate, prioritize and address the demand, both immediate staffing needs and mid-to-long term demand forecast picture;
  • Working with Talent Acquisition organization to align priorities for hiring to address relevant demand;
  • Designing complex staffing solutions (combination of multiple staffing channels, available resources, ramp up and down planning, hiring from the market, relocations and rotations from existing assignments);
  • Owning Office reporting by consolidating information from relevant stakeholders and cooperating with set of different departments;
  • Championing usage of EPAM internal tools and analytics, providing continuous feedback for improvements.

Requirements

  • At least one year of Project Management experience (team of 10+ people, multiple projects is a plus):
    • Or.
  • At least one year of General Management experience (Branch Director, Head of Direction, etc. with team of 10+ people);
  • Excellence in reporting and analytics;
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Nice to have

  • Existing experience in staffing role, participation in staffing of multiple projects in parallel with 100s of open positions for staffing at any given moment;
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment;
  • Working with clients in Pre-sales, Account management or Business development roles.
