A Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for administration and interview scheduling.
Coordinate the recruitment process (interview scheduling);
Coordinate employee referral program for different locations (Switzerland, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria);
Keep contact with candidates, cooperate with managers and client;
Administrate (maintain the candidate pipelines/candidates tracking);
Create weekly reports.
At least 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR (IT recruitment experience is an advantage);
Good command of English (Intermediate level) and fluent Hungarian;
Good command of MS office;
Experience with Outlook;
Excellent organization skill;
Excellent communication skill;
Good problem solving skill;
Good team player;
University degree is advantage.
