Currently we are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Provide timely service request acknowledgement, escalation for all service requests;
Answer users’ questions via phone or in the chatbot;
Work with other teams as needed to provide status updates to users;
Perform first level of troubleshooting, gathering additional details;
Work in a non-standard shifts (24x7 support).
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
Fine organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;
Advanced level of English.
