Currently we are looking for an Associate HR Specialist (HR Assistant) to come on board and support our operation in Zürich. Embedded into a small HR Team, the position supports HR administration in all aspects.
Administrative support across all areas of HR Administration:
On- and off boarding;
Maintenance of employee records and files;
Stock of materials;
Supporting life events;
Administrative and organizational support to HR Manager;
Supporting HR team in dealing with day-to-day requests;
Preparation of registrations with authorities and insurances;
Support of work permit application process;
Support of health case management;
Support coordination with external payroll provider;
Help with reports.
Commercial degree in administration plus federal HR Assistant diploma;
