Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself;
Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex business and technology solutions for the client;
Deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, i.e. custom & bespoke solutions, package & third-party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery;
Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team;
Interact with client or internal senior management;
Design new business processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings;
Implement programs that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes;
Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change management, organization, and talent related strategies;
Identify the organizational impacts related to a specific change in process, technology, or other project change and develop the change management plan;
Drive process performance improvement, diagnosing the problem, planning and leading the transformation;
Process Excellence and Change Enablement Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process;
Manages small-to-medium size teams and oversees team work activities to achieve milestones, quality deliverables and business outcomes;
Lead consulting engagements; responsible for creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables and providing feedback to team members and to client stakeholders;
Participate in the selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions for clients;
Support pursuit, proposal development and costing management activities. Assist team in pre-sales activities. Deliver client presentations, workshops and work product demonstrations;
Develop proactively expertise within Life Sciences to increase knowledge base and capabilities.
3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a management consulting environment. Preferred is experience within Life Sciences;
Must be skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients;
Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur;
Knowledge of and experience in the introduction of Emerging Technologies;
Curious and eager to learn;
Strong analytical skills;
Proven ability to expand/grow accounts and develop new business opportunities;
Strong client management skills with the ability to interface and build relationships with senior level business stakeholders;
Practical experience and understanding of the entire SDLC. Hands on project management is preferred;
