Support Engineer

Currently we are looking for a Support Engineer for our Kharkiv office to make the team even stronger.

This is a permanent 1st/2nd line support role so you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.


  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades;
  • Communicate with clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems;
  • Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults;
  • Supervise junior engineering and technical staff;
  • Obtain replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings;
  • Check computer equipment for electrical safety;
  • Maintain records of software licenses;
  • Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.


  • At least 1-year experience as a Support Engineer;
  • Complete higher education (technical, IT);
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral equipment;
  • Skill in service network protocols IP / TCP;
  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory principles;
  • Experience in Windows 7 / XP/2008 Server/2003 Server;
  • Network administration skills;
  • Good written and spoken English level.
