DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an English Instructor for our Kharkiv office to make the team even stronger.

We relocate to Kharkiv. Learn more from a short presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality and domain-oriented teaching;
  • Design training materials (syllabi, lesson-to-lesson instruction materials, including the selection of video and audio resources);
  • Work alongside other teachers on departmental projects, including online training for students from other offices;
  • Hold English testing – speaking and writing, follow the standard EPAM assessment procedure, use shared materials;
  • Run one time classes like conversation clubs (grammar lab, video class, etc. – the teacher is welcome to share his/her ideas);
  • Help with translation for HR department (occasionally).

Requirements

  • Experience teaching groups of adult learners;
  • Strong experience in teaching Business English;
  • Readiness to teach the developed courses, using the provided lesson plans (Customer Interview, Listening Skills, Writing Skills, Presentations, Idioms, etc.);
  • ESL Diploma (CELTA);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Power Point, Word and Outlook – confident user);
  • DELTA will be a plus;
  • CPE/IELTS/TOEFL will be a plus;
  • Experience in teaching online will be a plus.
