Currently we are looking for a Training Assistant for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM has a continuous process of enhancing English level of its employees. A big team of foreign language teachers are working on making EPAMers’ language training experience valuable and fun. Since our service is becoming more and more technological and customer-oriented, the language training department is looking for a Training and Development Assistant who will be responsible for supporting communication with internal customers using in-company training applications and tools.


  • Process incoming requests for language training/assessment;
  • Provide guidance on EPAM language training process to employees in English (via e-mail/skype);
  • Monitor and prepare statistics on demand;
  • Deal with issues during the process;
  • Communicate with language instructors on group management/schedule issues;
  • Provide overall organizational support with in-company language training process.


  • 1+ year’ hands-on experience (English teaching/administration);
  • Advanced English level (C1);
  • Excellent business communication skills: both verbal and written;
  • Critical thinking skills and proactiveness;
  • Ability to multitask and process large amounts of new data;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Ability to act independently, self-management skills;
  • Goal-oriented team player.
