As a Technical Writer, you will provide mandatory, transactional communications services for a major cloud provider regarding legal, product, billing, security and privacy incidents. You will draft and edit technical and legal communications, working closely with other teams in order to ensure quality in all your deliverables.


  • Write technical and legal communications for internal and external audiences;
  • Review, proofread and edit documents written by others in order to align them with a defined style guide and informational framework;
  • Keep track of the review process to ensure all stakeholders are aware of changes and sign-off on the communication.


  • CEFR C2 | IELTS 8.0+ | TOEIC 785+ | TOEFL 600+ | Cambridge C2 or equivalent;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, online publishing, DevRel or technical journalism;
  • Ability to create accurate, clear, concise, and unambiguous communications;
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with remote cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to investigate new technologies and make complex things easy to understand.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud computing;
  • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data;
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS and web templating systems;
  • Experience working with incident tracking software and tools.
