  • Transform the client requirements into clear, well-structured and highly specified project documentation;
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability;
  • Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
  • Cooperate extensively with external or internal clients;
  • Confirm and accept the delivered solution.


  • Ability to meet customers’ expectations of the service you provide on-site and off-site;
  • Ability to promote good relationship with senior (non-technical) business stakeholders;
  • Be familiar with different software development methodologies and have experience in at least one of them;
  • Experience in Incremental and Iterative Development methods is a great advantage;
  • Ability to understand the concept of acceptance criteria and dependency management;
  • Hands-on experience in requirement management tools;
  • Negotiation level of English (other language is an advantage);
  • Deep understanding of application programming, database and system design.
