Our 5-person team is building a market intelligence tool focusing on the internet ecosystem. Our data analysis and visualization is built using programming languages like Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. We are looking for someone to design, build and maintain web-based applications emphasizing data visualizations, organization and simplicity. You will need to be able to work with other software engineers that are building the platform and UX designers to bring to life cutting edge modular visualizations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new design standards across the app;
  • Work with the team to display new data/ new visualizations.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, or any related discipline (in Lieu of degree, 4 years’ relevant work experience);
  • 3-5 years of experience in web front-end development role;
  • Exceptional HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills, and with working knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework (Closure, Angular, Polymer, or D3).

Nice to have

  • MS degree in any related discipline;
  • Working knowledge of large-scale user-facing software systems;
  • Experience in/knowledge of Material Design.
