Responsibilities

• Be responsible for end-to-end Business Testing and Regression Test Strategies for regular maintenance
• Lead discussions with customers and mentor/guide team in all of the above skills

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience working in a similar position
• Experience in Java programming, needed for coding automation scripts in Selenium
• Good knowledge of J2EE technology and design automation framework
• Proactive professional, with excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Automation experience in JUnit, Web Services and API Testing
• Functional Automation tools like UFT, Selenium
• Working experience in multiple operating systems like Windows, MAC, UNIX
• Java programming skills with exposure to J2EE platform
• Awareness of EJB and NetBeans profiler
• Experience in setting up and configuring test environments is highly preferred
• Experience working in multi-location, multi-cultural, mission critical projects is highly preferred
